As an independent private practicing physician, Dr. Boniface provides the convenience of being able to operate at multiple hospitals and ambulatory surgical centers based on your convenience. This also allows the tailoring of services offered at each, whether you may be going home the same day as the surgery or may require several days of in-hospital recovery and care.
Being a private practice physician, your care will be a one on one discussion with your surgeon... every time.
Private Practice for Personal Care
My father, Dr. Tom Boniface, is an orthopedic surgeon who made a private practice with his two brothers in this community when I was growing up. It meant the world to me that people referred to him as "their surgeon" because it meant that his patients knew who they were going to see when they needed help. In this day and age of healthcare, private practice has moved to employed surgeons often by hospitals or large groups to avoid the difficulties in setting up a practice. However, this can lead to patients not knowing who they were going to see when they come to the office or even the hospital with an issue.

My goal is to return the practice of medicine back to more personal care. When you come to my office, you will see and talk to me about how I can help you every time. After your operation, if you need to be admitted to the hospital, you will see me every day where we will talk about the details of the procedure and how you are recovering. When you go home for recovery after surgery, at your follow-up appointment, you will see and speak with me about what the surgery showed, what restrictions you have, and what to expect moving forward. This is the care doctors should always show to their patients, what I was raised to expect to give my patients, and what I want to give this community,
Advanced surgical medicine with hometown community care.
